1. Introduction
Welcome to jumpingballslive.com ("we", "our", "us"). We respect your privacy and keep the amount of information connected to your use of this site as small as possible. This policy explains what is collected, how it is used and what your rights are.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum needed to run and improve the service:
- Analytics data: If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-focused service that records anonymous usage statistics such as page views, browser type, screen size and approximate region. It does not identify you personally.
- Local storage data: Your simulator settings and presets are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not sent to our servers.
- Uploaded images and audio: Custom ball images, MIDI files and sound clips are processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored or transmitted.
3. How We Use Your Information
Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell, share or transfer collected data to third parties for marketing.
5. Third-Party Services
Third-party analytics services, where enabled, may collect anonymous usage data under their own privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
Analytics data is kept only in aggregate form. Apart from the billing details of a Pro purchase (see Payments below), we collect no personally identifiable information. Local storage data can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes appear on this page with an updated revision date.
9. Advertising
We may display advertisements through a third-party ad service such as Google AdSense. Such services use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing and collect non-personal information such as browser type and pages viewed.
You can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Service. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Ad Settings.
10. Cookie Consent
Where required by law, you will be asked to consent to non-essential cookies before they are set. You can change your choice at any time through your browser settings.

12. Publishing to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
The simulator's Publish block sends a clip only when you click a send or share button. Quick share hands the file to your device's share sheet or downloads it. Uploads to YouTube go straight from your browser to Google with an access token kept in your browser's local storage (removing the account in the block deletes it). TikTok, Instagram – and YouTube, if you choose – go through a relay server run by whoever gave you its access key: it stores the accounts you connect with their tokens, and keeps each uploaded clip at an unguessable link for 24 hours so the platform can fetch it.
YouTube uploads use the YouTube API Services: by uploading you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes the data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke this site's access at any time in your Google account's third-party access settings.
Payments
Pro is paid through the provider you choose – Stripe, PayPal or NOWPayments – on its own checkout page and under its own privacy policy; your card or wallet details never reach us. Our billing server keeps what it needs to issue, renew and restore your licence: your email, the plan, and the provider's payment or subscription reference. The licence itself is a signed key stored in your browser.
